These are so effective, as a post partum Mama who had some major hair shedding going on, I’ve found these affordable, clean gummies work so well!! I’m on my 2nd jar. They are a great flavor but again, these are NOT fruit gummies for snacks! These are vitamins. No upset tummy and I take with my other vitamins daily.

So I’m not really sure about the effectiveness, but I can’t say that the ingredients are delicious considering the fact that I ate the entire container in one setting so the taste is pretty good. The valley for money I feel like it’s a little expensive only considering the fact that I ate the whole package and I kind of wanted to buy another one and I kind of didso that’s not the best but it’s OK because you’re not supposed to adjust it all in one go

Most hair growth vitamins do not actually work and I end up seeing no results, however these gummies are like not other and the amount of growth I’ve seen in my hair in just one month is mind blowing! I will continue to take these! They work well for me!

I think it's helping my hair but if you brush your teeth before taking don't bother, why would someone make a citrus flavor for a gummy you'll probably be taking in the morning when you brush your teeth. Yuck! I don't like citrusy flavors anyway, tropical or otherwise, so I wish it was in a better flavor or at least available in different flavors online.

So for starters, I haven’t noticed any actual hair growth, but I’ve noticed less shedding. The flavor of these gummies is tropical citrus and I hate to say it, but they’re nasty. They have a very weird citrus type taste and they leave an aftertaste as well. Also, if you have oily or acne-prone skin I’d be cautious when taking these every day. I decided to try gummies since biotin capsules tend to make me breakout. These didn’t make me breakout, but I kept wondering why my skin was suddenly extremely oily and it was because of the gummies. I stopped taking them for about a week and my skin went back to normal. These gummies also have coconut oil in them, which can also trigger breakouts. I won’t be repurchasing these
