Excellent Product and Company

Gluten Free Goodness!

Glad to find the GF option, and even more happy that it tastes so good. Preps about the same as non-GF. Slightly thinner cooking but I like it that way.

I am now a loyal fan of the GF protein pancake mix... I buy the mix and add different fixing to it and it's so yummy and filling... So far I've made pumpkin spice, apple-cinnamon, blueberry, and orange cranberry...

The gluten free mix is okay, but very high in sodium and just not that tasty. I don’t find them worth the cost per box plus shipping, and will just make my own from scratch from now on.

Great but directions are unclear for water

Love using this mix with only water to make really good Weight Watchers sausage breakfast sandwiches in the morning. The only thing I did not like about them, is that the directions on the background were unclear as to how much water you can use per cup of mix. Unfortunately, I wasted two boxes of this mix before I was able to contact somebody to tell me how to do it properly

Yesterday, I found these on my grocery store aisle. FIxed them for breakfast and they are delicious! However, the directions on the box are very confusing. In the ingredients list, it states one cup mix, one egg, and one cup milk. But in the directions it only says combine the mix with one cup water. I did make it with the egg and milk and it is great. However, box directions are not correct.

Not for us

Personally I don't think that there is enough syrup in the world to make these taste good. They came out mushy inside, even when well browned outside. Never had an issue with the original cakes. We love all of your products, oatmeal, flapjacks... but these are not our favorite.

Love the taste

I love the taste however they are really dry when I cook them. I can’t understand why they are even more expensive than the other flavors which are expensive enough. Kodiak is a guilty pleasure because of the flavors and taste.

I bought this to try because I have been unsuccessful in finding a good gluten free pancake mix. This is amazing, it tastes like regular pancakes and has the best texture. My gluten loving family perfect this to regular pancake mix. It's certified gluten free, which is great. I looked up the company and purchased a case.
