Q: Does this heating pad have heat all the way to the edges? If not, where do the heating coils end around edge? does it only have heat in the center of the pad? And the edges no heat?

  • A: I pure had one, the very edges do not have heat. On the long side, no heat the last 2 inches of the edge and on short side a good 4 inches have no heat!

  • A: The company's answer is incorrect. The whole mat does not heat up. There is a border of 2"-4" around that doesn't heat up. It's a bit deceiving stating the size is 20" x 24" but that's the size of the mat not of the heating area.

Great size and gets much warmer than others so def worth extra fee. After a week it would not heat past #3 of 6. Returned BUT bought another same one as I really love size/heat. Hoping just a fluke.

Doesn't stay warm

I purchased this about six weeks ago and it's never worked right. It seems like good quality, and it acts like it's working, but even if you put it on a higher setting, it ends up feeling like it's not even on. It's barely even luke warm. I have to keep checking it to make sure it didn't auto shut-off. Nope, it's on, just barely warm. It's frustrating, expecially because this one wasn't cheap. Maybe I just got a dud, but I wouldn't recommend.

Dead after 7.5 months

Bought June 30, 2025 and it was dead by mid-February 2026. It’s showing the F error code no matter what I do. I didn’t do anything differently, no power surges, nothing. It got decently warm for the months that it did work. It seemed like it didn’t hold heat very well after it initially warmed up, but it was fine. I got a good amount of use from it, but 7.5 months is pathetic.

Consistent fails or planned obsolescence

On my second one first was replace around a year ago after getting the f error everyone else has mentioned. After some troubleshooting the manufacturer sent a replacement wh8ch has now also died with same error at around a year. Seems this device has a bad build quality either that or planned obsolescence. This last time if I squint i do see what looks like scorching along the bottom of the pad at the coils evenly spaced out in spots (looks like 6 total). Will see if the replacement again but after 2 fails I don't think I can recommend this device especially with what appear to be scorch marks this time

Quit after 6 months

Stopped working after six months. For the cost of this heating pad I would expect it to last longer. It is large and worked well quit working. Cannot keep buying this so I’ll be switching brands.

Buyer Beware - F faulty code

This is the 2nd heating pad where in just a few months, the heating pad failed with the F code. I reached out to the manufacturer and never heard back. Fast forward to October 2025 where I purchase my 2nd one and again December 27th, an F code. I would give the heating pad 4 stars except it fails after just a few months. If I could, I would not give this ANY STARS because it fails and the manufacturer's unresponsiveness.

2 pads, neither work

Had to return the first one due to not turning on. Now the second one is now showing the F code and is not working at all.
