    good until it's not!

    It's great until it's not. It's nice that it's thicker and more gentle on your body. It could be an inch or 2 wider. I loved it had first but now that I've used it for a year, it's starting to feel hard and not as squishy. So hopefully at this price it will last another year.

    Perfect mat for floor work

    I have a regular yoga mat but when doing my floor exercises like ab and leg strength training it hurts to be on the floor. I decided to try this thicker mat for my floor work and I am so glad I bought it. The mat is the perfect thickness for cushioning me against my vinyl plank flooring. So far it's holding up to what I've been putting it through. I was worried it might peel or pieces of the edges would come off but so far so good. I also really like the color it's so different.
