I use it forest thing in the morning when I take my 2 capsules of probiotic tablets - also gut restore. Together my day starts out normal now - I have to use it every day to maintain that healthy gut - so I do. Am thankful for this company and the many supplements I have purchased over the last 2 years now.

    Pretty decent stuff!

    My toddler loves the taste of this. I personally mix mine with a bit of turmeric, amino acids, manuka honey, and vitamin D. I still get sleepy but it feels like a cloud has lifted lately. Getting more stuff done and less belly pain. Definitely worth a shot. I wanna say my face has been glowing lately but it’s hard to say what it’s from necessarily. .

    I could tell after about Three weeks that it improved my skin tone, decreased my inflammation and made my hair more supple

    Love this product would recommend it to anyone, especially for my inflammation with my arthritis, but also made my skin tone better

    Awesome product!!!
