Sad Suction
I wanted to throw this across the room. I am awaiting a pump in the mail and bought this for desperate relief from milk coming in and being too much for baby to latch. This would have taken me so long to express what I needed to with the low suction. I tried the various settings which I will say I do appreciate. For such a basic machine, it had great features. But, unfortunately not the right fit for me.

The suction is great and it fits well. I love how easy this is to clean and maintain. I like that it comes with extras for extended longevity of use. I would recommend this to anyone. This a favorite brand of mine for years while breastfeeding my children.

Great for the engorged
If your milk is coming in steady this is great. I only use this at night when I’m engorged. It’s quiet and easy. Thoroughly read the instructions, the placement of the o-ring is important along with not damaging it. I recommend looking up a few videos on pumping rhythms so that milk flows out efficiently.

A must have for breastfeeding

I did not have the Medela Harmony manual breast pump with my first breastfeeding journey. I can say it has been such a game changer in the second thyme breastfeeding. I have one breast that produces most my milk. And this comes in handy at night when I didn't want to take out the whole pump system. It's also great for traveling. I just didn't always need a full breast pump and this did exactly the same thing with less parts to clean

Suction like the baby
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This manual breast pump it’s perfect for me to obtain the milk that I collect for my little daughter and helps me to keep in point my breastfeeding routine. I’m lucky to have this tools because I can give more mother milk to my baby. After using it I just need to keep the milk in a plastic bag and put it on freezer to give her later. The best part of this breast pump is that is very easy to clean and use.

I got more output with it sometimes compared to my hospital grade pump. Plus it is way quicker too! 10 minutes max I can have 3-4 oz enough for my baby. I love it and only wish to have gotten it sooner!

Easy to use product

Just recently my daughter had decided she only wants to nurse off of my left side so having this at the bedside and readily available to reduce engorgement on the right has helped me significantly. It is easy to assemble and has just the right amount of suction to empty me at a comfortable level. Everything comes apart easily for cleaning and storage until its next use. Definitely a must have.

Especially late at night when you don’t want to mess with the electric pump, feeding on one side and hand pumping on the other is so helpful to keep supply up! I would consistently get so much output with just the hand pumping that I had to get larger bottles! The auction is great and the flange has other size options you can get to meet your size needs. It’s super portable and compact which is awesome for travel too.

What I love most is how portable it is. It’s small enough to toss in my diaper bag and take anywhere without feeling like I’m carrying extra bulk. It’s perfect for on the go pumping, travel, or keeping at my bedside. Another huge plus is that there aren’t a lot of parts. It’s so simple compared to my electric pumper. Fewer pieces means less time washing and drying. The parts feel durable and good quality, and fit together easily without any confusion, the auction is surprisingly strong for a manual pump, but still very comfortable. I like that I can control the rhythm and pressure myself. The handle is easy to squeeze and doesn’t make my had sore. I’d definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down the best manual breast pump I've used. I've breastfeed/pumped for three babies. I've tried so many pumps. I always thought manual pumps were not easy and I couldn't use them until this one! It is so easy to set up AND so easy to use. I was very surprised! Medela has always been known to be the best and I highly recommend this. It also was super easy to disassemble and wash the parts too! The bags that came with it are super strong and sturdy also!!
