This is our second Nanit and it has been so convenient and easy to have both of our children easily accessible and monitored using a single app and split screen. Having access to our son on our phone and being able to share that information with caregivers rather than carrying around a larger, seperate piece of equipment is LIFE CHANGING. I love how the Nanit can replay the nights prior, gives info on temperature and since we travel a lot, having the travel stand is a BREEZE. I could not recommend this product more!

We wound up buying another monitor because of the constant connectivity issues and unreliable service. We have multiple streaming devices and never experience issues with those, so it’s quite a disappointment for the higher price point. I just want to be able to open the app and see my child, but always seeing the “getting video stream” for minutes on end is extremely frustrating and defeats the purpose of a baby monitor entirely. I would not recommend this product, especially for new parents that just want peace of mind.

We have previously loved using our Nanit, but no longer recommend them as a company. While the product has been fine, the aggressive price increases and price gouging is extremely disappointing and borderline predatory. Features that were once included or at a reasonable cost have doubled or tripled in a blatant cash grab. For Nanit, the bottom line is the top priority and it is a matter of time before we see product quality and customer service drop.

Very accurate and great image quality, being possible to zoom in and see details. I also appreciate the comments about age milestones and the tips for better sleep. I use the breathing monitor feature and the red alert works! So I feel safe to have my baby sleeping in his own room separate from us. I couldn't forget about the short videos made to build memories as he grows up. Very cool feature!
