The outer cover is machine washable — simply wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. The entire pillow (with the fill inside) can also be machine-washed occasionally. Just make sure the zipper is fully closed, wash cold on a delicate cycle, and dry thoroughly on low heat until completely dry. To keep your pillow in great condition, we typically suggest washing the full pillow only about once or twice per year, while washing the cover more frequently as needed. Hope this helps! A: Yes it does sink over time but usually after a few years, the good thing about this memory foam is that it is completely washable so you can throw it into a wash. You can also replace the foam inside the pillow so when it does sink you don't have to buy a whole new pillow, just the filling.
