Choose from 5 different stream attachments so you can customize the free-falling water streams depending on what your pets like best! You can also twist the top to adjust the water flow speed. The tower of this fountain is taller than some of our other fountains, which gives larger pets more room to drink. Amazing and perfect fit
We have had ours for about 4 years now and we love it. We have 4 cats and 1 dog that love the flow of the water and being able to drink from the fountain stream. In our opinion it has been phenomenal and held up so well. We clean it once a week every week and have never had an issue. (Pro tip wait till it's low and then pick it up to clean it, makes life so much easier) the only thing that has broke was the filter housing cap, but that was only a month ago and was because something fell on it. We are still using it, we just can't use the flow control cap like we were able too. But that was user error and we have had it for like 4 years now. Anytime any furry friends visit that is there one stop shop is to use the water fountain. So overall even if one animal doesn't drink from the stream of the fountain, they like it for the flow of water over a water bowl. Definitely recommend buying and with large animals or multiple animals just get this one.

Messed up a great product
How do you mess up a great product? The motor is no longer stationary, so aligning with the filter is a crapshoot. The bowl must be shallower than the plastic version, because the water splashes all over the floor. The plastic locking mechanisms on the sides feel Like they will snap in half at the slightest provacstiom. And the stainless is LOUD.

Good, but the clips are poorly designed
The cats love it - - too much. For some reason, they like to butt it with their heads, knocking the center assembly off the pump. The plastic retainer clips will do the job, but they (the ones I've had, anyway) are not properly molded, so that putting them on or removing them breaks them. This is something that needs to be addressed. Otherwise, a good product.

Low quality pet fountain
The motor died after 2 months. Difficult to clean, black things floating water. High maintenance. Cat preferred faucet. Filters didn't work. Disappointing experience.

Cats love this fountain, easy to fill. Big enough for multiple cats. Foam pre-filter gets dirty fast but keeps hair out. Plastic model fosters bacteria, causing UTIs. Buy stainless steel model instead.

Cats Love It!
I bought this fountain a couple years ago. Two cats were afraid, but got over, one wasn't bothered by it, and another fell in love. I have no regrets buying. However, in the last year, a few of the plastic parts have been starting to break. I'd love to replace them without buying an entirely new fountain. The only ones needing replacing are the anchors for the fountain attachment covering the pump and the piece that the water comes out of and can adjust the flow. Because these are breaking, it's making it hard to keep the fountain from coming undone, especially when my oldest cat decides to splash or crash into the fountain when he charges in for a drink.

terrible, much worse than the plastic
This is so awkward to use, you can barely match up the pressurized water with the base of the filter, the clips are too weird and stiff to even use. You can never tell if water is low or high. I've used their fountains for 20 years and this one is terrible.

Couldnt put together.
Parts seemed to be decent quality, but the only option for attaching the pump was suction cups which would not stick no matter what i tried. So 2 stars.

When it first came in I was super excited. The size is amazing and works just fine. 13 days in I notice my animals stop drinking out of it. So I went to change out the water, for fresh water. Then I notice rust developing. And the rust is all over in spots and looks to be getting worst. It’s only been 13 now. I haven’t had long. Disappointing tbh.

Not all it’s cracked up to be
I’ve had two of these over a 12 year period and both rusted up pretty quickly despite being washed weekly. These are very time consuming to clean properly and it’s a total hassle to explain this to someone who is cleaning your place. They basically look at you like you are the devil. The second one I bought, the motor died after about two months. The second motor is working fine about 2 years in. Other parts break easily and it isn’t so user friendly lining up the part the water will be shooting out of with the top piece. You basically are doing it blindly. At 42 I have an early onset arthritis from an autoimmune condition and I am unable to pull parts of this apart myself in order to clean it. I think that is troublesome. We all know us middle age and older ladies love our cats lol. I never found this water dish easy to clean, fill, carry, or anything else for that matter, but I did it because my cats liked it. But if I can’t keep it sanitary then what’s the point?

My pets love this thing
I have a finicky cat and a slobbery Frenchie and one water bowl. When my last water fountain for them broke, I put a regular bowl down and the cat went back to begging at the bathroom sink. I put this down and we're back to drinking together and neither the twain shall meet. Easy to put together, more expensive than my last but I think well worth it for durability sake

Love the fountain; clips break
We’ve had this fountain since October 2020. The cats love it. I cleaned it once a week. I’ve had to buy more clips, and now I need to buy more. It’s not easy to buy the clips.The clips need a redesign. Maybe not plastic? I’m going to buy a different fountain, and it will not be made by this company.
