Flakes from the first use (fresh product)
This used to be my absolute favorite mascara. It looked pretty and stayed on the whole day. I liked how easily you could remove it with warm water. Luxury price but the product was worth it. Something has changed in the formula in the past two years, since the mascara flakes off so much druring the day. I have bought both black and brown versions and the problem remains. I'm happy to see other customers here commenting the same thing and I'm hoping Clinique will bring back the old formula. Before that, I'm using the competitors products.

It does deliver.
IT DOES DELIVER THICK , LONG LASHES THAT LAST ALL DAY AND DOES NOT SMUDGE. THE HARD PART IS GETTING IT OFF AT THE END OF THE DAY. HOWEVER, I DO THINK IT'S WORTH IT.

Is this even a mascara
I think I originally purchased this during a 21 days of beauty or a promo. Finally got around to trying it from my beauty stock and extremely disapointed. The brush is small and does nothing to grip lashes to apply the mascara does bot lengthen or separate hardly looks any different from my natural lashes

Really loving this
Longwearing, no irritation, the brown is a nice neutral, the tubing formula looks great and the brush adds lots of defintion.

Flakes, tube dries out too quickly
Have used this for a long while, keeping tubes in both my home set and travel bag. Now I have trouble with it flaking off before the day is done. And last couple of tubes dried out so quickly I found myself checking purchase dates to be sure I'm not imagining it.

I will buy this again.
I like the thin brush. Highlights the lower lashes, nicely!

Just acceptable
I first want to say I love Clinique products and have worn them well for over thirty years. I am often complemented on how well it matches my skin (deeper skin tone for reference). I was unable to find my staple mascara- high impact extreme volume. So I tried this one. The wand is small and does not grip lashes to lengthen. The brush is small and thin. The mascara is very black but does not translate well to the lash. It did not deposit as well as I had hoped . It does not do anything for my lashes. It should be noted that this mascara does not smudge easily and does not flake into the eyes even after many hours of wear. I would not recommend or repurchase.

I would buy again
Havent tried Clinique for years due to using L Oreal lengthening which lately caused my eyes to burn & get red even after often buying new tubes fairly often. This Clinique product leaves my eyes clear, no redness or irritation. Love it.

Never never never
I got this mascara on the recommendation of my local department store. It is absolutely horrible! I see a lot of reviewers have used it prior but this is my first time. The first coat is clumpy. The second coat makes my lashes stick together. There is no separating them and they turn into a giant flat sheet. Taking this of at night is even worse! It does not come off with Clinique's remover, soap, or even Vaseline. I feel as if my lashes are breaking off. Save yourself the headache. Just don't buy this.

No longer good!
I have used this mascara for YEARS & its quality has now deteriorated so much that I'm searching for a new mascara. The formula has changed because it clumps badly now & dries up after a very short period. Thinking I might be getting old product, I tried buying from various sources. Makes no difference - this mascara is lousy now!

Wonder product
I'm impressed by this product. It lengthened my lashes without clumping. It lasts for 24 hours plus, doesn't flake at all. it comes off easily with a little cleanser and water. I am about to order another tube. Cons: small and expensive.

Terrible
Tried this for the first time, incredibly disappointed. My lashes are so clumped together, and it adds ZERO volume. i wish i could add a picture because i look TERRIBLE. Have to redo my whole face because this mascara is the worst ive ever tried. Im a die hard clinique girl and this is a truly disgusting product. ESPECIALLY if you have short lashes.

Lengthens and stays put
This makes my lashes MUCH longer. People sometimes think I'm wearing fake lashes! And it really holds. I can even go swimming in it and it won't come off! This does mean that it's a *tiny* bit of work to take it off, but you don't need to rub or anything. You have to splash your face (or at least your eyes) with very warm water a bunch of times; I would say 10 times. Then you reach up and put your fingers on your lashes and gently pull the clumps off. I used to be worried my lashes themselves would come off, but I have never once pulled out a lash. Again once the warm water is on the mascara actually comes off very easily. Nothing other than very warm water will work; make-up remover will not work.

Returned
I use a lot of Clinique products and was excited to try this mascara. Unfortunately it was awful. It clumped up when applying it and then flaked off throughout the day. I returned it for a refund.

Lashes Power - Flaking
I tried this Lash Power and was not happy. It flakes and gets on my face, but even more concerning is it gets in my eyes. I wear contacts, so cannot use. The product advertisement mentions no flaking and safe for contacts. NOT TRUE!

Deceptively small and overpriced for size
This is not a full size mascara like the imaging depicts. It is very overpriced for what it is. You can get a similar product in full size through Thrive Causemetics for a similar price. 2 stars because the mascara itself is good but I wouldn't pay that price.

Jury is still out
I bought this because me lashes are thinning with age, especially the bottom lashes. It goes on nicely and seems to stay put, however when I take it off it flakes. SO, still deciding on it!

OG mascara !!!
Clinique did the first tubing mascara. "Lash power" is the best, it was not called tubing mascara back then. The packaging is different now and i do hope that it performs the same way. I was using this 15yrs ago. It was hard to find for a while there but im glad its back!!
