Q: Hello, first time using this product. Directions state to apply to wet hair and massage...is the conditioner supposed to be applied to the scalp as well?

    This was my first product from L’Oréal. Honestly, it says that this shampoo will make your hair more moisturized. In reality, this thing makes your hair so so brittle and dry. Not to mention how whenever I used this the scent was so strong and fragrant.

    Bad formulation change

    The formulation recently changed and has no where near the same benefit. The consistency is much thinner and the bottles also got smaller for the same price. This is very disappointing as this was my go to brand and product

    I wanted to love this; I have read many great reviews on this. however: I eneded up with an allergic reactio to it.     I have tried it today as well as the conditioner and pre shampoo, LOVED!!! I paired them with the eva-nyc hair mask and my hair is super super soft and shiny! I have thick long hair and this gave it a thin feeling but not in a bad way, def but if you have dry ends.
