    Good supplement for overall health

    I have yet to see if my cholesterol improves at all, but I can say that I hate fish, but I taste nothing with taking these. There is also no gross burping afterwards. I think my skin has improved as well.

    My Favorite Fish Oil

    I have been taking this brand of fish oil for many years. It can be expensive, but it's the only brand that raised my omega-3 levels. My physician was impressed. Hopefully, the quality has remained consistent over the years.

    Quality product at a lower price with a great american company. I use for joints, heart, eyes. I will continue to buy because I don't like most fish and quality/pure Carlson can help replace for fresh.

    Must be good.

    I’m sure they are good. Never could tell the difference in any vitamins, minerals and other things I take. Don’t know if they help or not. I just take because they are supposed to be good for me.

    DHA & EPA

    Good blend of DHA & EPA Omega 3, just keep in mind that 1200mg is for two pills not one. Have been using these now for many years. If you want clear arteries, this is what you need. Dosage should be based on weight. You want high DHA & EPA and not the other Omega oils, here you get Omega 3 of 1200gms out of 2000gms of total oil (60%). You can get higher concentrations but the price increases significantly.

    A great product!

    I have used Carlson’s Wild Caught Fish Oil for years. I believe it has helped raise my good cholesterol which keeps my ratio under .5 which is considered good for me as a T1 diabetic. I definitely recommend this product.

    Carlsons Omega Gems

    I studied 100s of fish oil supplements years ago for all factors ie lab tested purity, strength, label accuracy, where its from , processing etc. Carlsons is a top tier product. We've used it for many years now and along with diet blood work proves its effectiveness.
