Q: I currently have this product - 12 rolls but each roll has 284 sheets per roll. I see the "new versions" have 20 sheets less. WHY??

I bought this earlier this year and couldn't wait for all them to be gone. It was only a few years ago that I loved this product and now I dreaded using it. Thankfully we put it in the bathroom that doesn't get used as much but still, it was really irritating waiting for it to be gone. I'm not surprised the quality has decreased considering everything that has been happening but wanted to warn other people don't buy it unless you have no other options or can only choose between this one and the rougher toilet paper like scott.

Not every roll in the pack was like this, but the rolls that did, a lot had to go to waste as it looked like this. Kinda disappointed. Plus the rolls that did have all this extra residue, it left similar residue on body which led to physical discomfort after wiping.

I’ve been buying these for the past year and they used to be “premium ultra soft” like they’re supposed to be but the last couple packs I’ve purchased have been no good!! Super thin, hard to unravel, and not soft at all! They feel like the “soft and strong” labeled TP and I don’t like those at all. Such a bummer. Now that the price has gone up and quality has gone down, I might have to go back to name brand.
