Peels the skin off without enough water to clean
This unit is a Flagship but fails to clean double the toilet paper use it's not wide enough to clean it does have plenty of power but no water to go with it you get hit with cold water after it runs and starts up. YOu get hit with cold every time. It water doesn't make sense to get hit by 55° water. No light on remote. Can a person drill out the nozzle to allow more water to flow good question for engineering.

Love my bidet!

Just One Wish
We upgraded our primary bath recently and purchased a BioBidet 2000 on our plumber’s recommendation and are very happy with it. The options and features are very user friendly and setup was easy. My only wish would be that the remote was backlit so it could be read in the dark. Otherwise no issues at all.

This is my second BioBidet. I had the first one for 7 1/2 years and sold my house and left it there. It is a great unit. Keeps me fresh and clean. Wife loves it too.

Top of the Line
I have three water closets in our home. I have BB-2000's installed on two of them. On the guest room I have a very good bidet seat that you can sit on the closed seat cover, something you cannot do with the BB-2000's. When treated with radiation for prostate cancer, the Vortex Wash was very helpful in insuring I had a empty rectum prior to treatment. My wife and I cannot go back to life without a BB- 2000, and we miss them when travelling. We highly recommend it.

Great features
This is our fourth bidet from your company. we like the remote control and the automatic seat sensor that raises and lowers the seat. The night light is another great item at night. The unit was extremely easy to install and connect.

I cannot say enough about this amazing product. It has taken our bathroom adventures to a whole new level. From cleaning the special zone, then the ability to fan dry is just spectacular. It's awesome when it works but don't expect this unit to be a forever bidet. I am on my second one and theY both only lasted a year and half. Stuff is not made to last I guess.

Your after-sales service is very good.
I bought a Bio Bidet Horizon Bidet Seat two years ago. It has always worked well, but there has been no hot water supply recently, and other functions are normal. I sent a letter to their maintenance department. They asked me to send it back to the maintenance department for repair, but I live in Canada. After they learned that I was Canadian, they immediately sent me a brand-new seat of the same model. I'm very happy. Their after-sales service is very good.I will recommend their products to my friends.

UV light sterylizer clinches this nominatiom
This install was a no-brainer. It provided easy to follow instructions and i had it up and working in an hour. My gf is very impressed with the UV and water sterylizer. But the automatic lid opening when entering the bathroom is a luxury i didnt know i wanted until i tried it. Then sitting on a pre-warmed seat is obscenely pleasurable. But wait! Not many people know of its secret constipation reliever. Im not joking. I started reading, as a matter of habit, the entire instruction booklets that come with a new product. That valuable tidbit of info was a surprise though ive yet to have the presumed pleasure of the remedy.

Amazing Durability and Performance:More Than4years
I’ve been using the Bio Bidet Discovery DLS for more than 4 years and have moved it across 4 different apartments without any problems. It still works perfectly, and the original remote control batteries are still going strong. The build quality is outstanding, and the advanced features truly enhance comfort and hygiene. I miss my BB-2000
I bought this to replace my BB-2000. I had that version for 10 years before the heating element gave out. Everything else worked perfect on it but the heated seat is a must for me. I tried this one because I am a techy and I loved the auto open and close feature. However, the remote does not work to open and close the lid and seat as it should. I also realized I missed the stream that vibrates on the BB-2000. I should have stuck with what I had before but this does overall get the job done. The auto open and close feature was not worth the other functions of the BB-2000, including the enema stream.
