Ive bought this item many times and it is quality but Target distribution has to get their products together.. I ordered and 2 were expired by over a year. They sent a replacement that took a MONTH to come, and one of them was also expired. I got a full refund and will likely just shop in store if i need to.

I always look for new pastas to serve as a healthier alternative to regular bleached pasta for the family. To me this was the best tasting of all of the other options so far. You must be ok with the texture of “not quite done” pasta regardless of how long you let it boil. I was not paid to write a review (where do I sign up for that?!)

Pretty much obsessed!!!!! My fav of alll the red lentil pasta. Add a little momfuku chilli oil or pesto or and both and a little parm The most perfect al dente ( btw I eat all the vegan versions and it’s the best vegan staple and good amount of protein and fiber to be substantial

I purchased this gluten free red lentil spaghetti as an alternative to regular gluten free spaghetti. This cooks up exactly the same as regular gluten free spaghetti. The taste was also the same. But the real difference was the color. The red spiced up the meal. I received an incentive to write this review.

This is an 8 ounce package good and gather brand pasta. This is Red lentil spaghetti that is gluten-free and also has no preservatives no artificial colors Or artificial flavors. My family enjoyed this spaghetti. We tried it with and without sauce and it was good tasting. We would definitely buy this again. I received an incentive to write this review.

Protein packed pasta dupe
This was my first time trying a lentil pasta and I have to say it was really great! This is so protein packed and with my dieteriey restrictions it works perfectly! The price for the amount you get is also great. I’d cook it a bit longer then the package directions but overall a good deal! I received an incentive to write this review.

I really wanted to like this pasta because it looks so cool and I like that it's gluten free. Unfortunately, the parts didn't cook down to the consistency I'm use to with pasta so that made it hard to eat. Even al dente the noodles were a bit firm. I received an incentive to write this review.

I like Lentils and this product is made Only from Red Lentils so I would buy this product again. It definitely needs sauce otherwise it's too dry. I will make these next time I make spaghetti and may try the recipe on the box as well. These noodles are gluten free. I recommend giving them a try for a healthier choice of pasta.
