[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In fairness to Willow, this review is for the Willow replacement parts as a whole and may not be an issue of the flanges. I've had this pump for less than 4 months and lately I've had issues where near every time I go to reassemble, the flange "pops" off the assembly. I used to be able to get it to stick back in place by pushing it down, wiping it down to ensure no moisture, etc, but lately that hasn't been working and as a result, it sadly renders the entire pumps inoperable. When I search this issue on Google, it seems like this is an issue that others have had. Bummer!
