Don't get this one
The pasta is mushy and not very flavorful. I could not taste or find ANY proseiutto in the filling. There were few spices, just a glob of ricotta. I am not sure where the other ingredients were.

delicious little bundles
i wouldn’t normally buy fresh pasta but these were on sale so i thought i would try them and i’m impressed as i almost always am about Good and Gather items. i made a lemon parmesan sauce for them with some chickpeas thrown in for extra protein and it worked really well. i wouldn’t eat them with regular marinara or cream sauce, they’re too delicate. but are great with a light pan sauce or in brodo would be excellent. just don’t cook them too long (only 3-4 minutes!!) or they will definitely get mushy which because they are so delicate. mine could have stood for about a minute less cooking

Will become a regular dinner in this household
It's hard to please five people with five different palates, but these were loved by all. Husband said he likes them more than ravioli because the pasta is thinner. The parmesan and prosciutto filling was perfect. Made a butter-based mushroom and white wine sauce to top them. Two packages were plenty for all five of us (43, 40, 17, 14, 11) plust a salad. I would definitely recommend!

Terrible
There is no taste of prosciutto, at all. It was a complete and total waste. Stop saying it has prosciutto in it, because of it does, it's all in someone's mind, it isn't for real. I will never recommend this product.

NO prosciutto!
No prosciutto! Or a black pepper or nutmeg or very much parmesan. Pretty much just a little sack of ricotta. They are cute, but bland, limp pasta, with just a negative glob in the middle. Very disappointed. How can they not notice there is no prosciutto. :(

is the prosciutto in the room with us?
parmesan who? prosciutto where? it definitely is not here. most of the pasta bites I got had no prosciutto in them at all and the ones that did had a tiny tiny piece (pictured) and it was barely flavorful. They taste like ricotta, occasionally it tastes a little bit, a tiny bit even, like smoky ricotta. The pasta is soft to begin with so when you cook it it just softens even more and the ricotta is pretty soft so the texture is meh. To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement.

Excellent product. Another new favorite from Target. The exterior is tender and delicious and the filling has the perfect amount of bite and zip. I served with a thin white sauce that included sautéed shallot, a little chicken base, cream, a generous two handfuls of peas and topped with fresh cracked pepper and a fluff of fresh parm to serve. This dish is certainly as good or better than a nice restaurant and so simple. If you have a good jarred sauce or EVOO or just butter and parm, it is a fast and easy dish. Love this product! If you adore dumplings or wontons-you’ll probably enjoy this too. Mm
