This is a great pan! I wish they would offer this in a larger size with a wider diameter. We do a lot of meal prepping, and it's not the best for browning a large amount of ground meats.

I've just received this amazing pans and let' me say they really are quite amazing. After washing them I made an omelet using a 1/8 teaspoon of avocado oil and no sticking as one would imagine. I purchase these pan for a healthier option and I love them.

Got this new set after doing some research and reading that it should be pretty safe and non toxic. We received the pans and have been pleased with it, easy to cook with and wash. Plan to order another set and hope the claim of non toxic is valid.

I am very happy with the Valencia Pro 17pc cookware set that arrived a few weeks ago. After 40 years of my beautiful copper and stainless steel pans I had to let them go as they didn't work on my new induction cooktop. I scoured the thrift stores for compatible pots but I recently baby sat a friend's doggies and got to use her set of green pan cookware. I was very impressed, she has a set of the Padova pale green version which are gorgeous too but don't really suit my decor. I was going to hold out for the black set to come back in stock, but I really do like the subtle dark grey finish. They are a delight to cook with, very easy to clean even after baking a sticky casserole. They are a comfortable weight for me and I am thrilled to be able to chuck out my old Teflon pans for a safer ceramic finish. I am very impressed and am considering purchasing a set for my partner's family so their toddlers have a toxic free start to life.

My wife and I got these pans last Christmas, and we absolutely loved them. They were easy to cook with and cleaned very well. However, after a few months of use, our most-used pan, the 9.5" pan, started to fail. As you can see in the pictures, the pan really started to mark up and ended up having everything stick to the surface. We followed the cleaning recommendations precisely, yet the pan still lost its ability. We still use the other pans, as they are still in great shape, but the 9.5" pan is almost unusable. Looking to get a replacement eventually, and hoping that one holds up like our other ones!

I bought these about a month and a half ago and was really excited based on the reviews. Even using a lot of oil, my food sticks like crazy. I don’t understand these reviews and am starting to question legitimacy. I’ve followed instructions on use and care and I feel like this product just doesn’t deliver it’s nonstick promise - It is not nonstick at all. Pretty disappointed.

Horrible product. They are not remotely non stick and even after a couple uses doing basic things like a fried egg or making pancakes. Even when following the ridiculous cleaning instructions they provided to me to try and get them usable again they still weren’t salvageable. Do NOT waste your money on these.
