Like another reviewer, my umbrella (dark red) faded completely on the outside. It’s not the end of the world—but it does seem like such an item should be more resistant fading (by definition!!). It also has one broken rib just from living outside in a SoCal winter.

We get a lot of sun, but the solar lights didn't seem to get as bright as expected. The color has faded completely on the outside, now I have a bright orange inside with a pale faded outside. It was large and provided the coverage I wanted, but I would not recommend.
