Nice headphones
Not bad for the discounted price. I do love JBL products and have a few of them. These were going out half price so the price was reasonable. They don’t like strong bass all that much with distortion if you use the synthesiser but that’s no real problem. Also the noise cancellation is really only a basic reduction. You will still hear everything around you. Just not your aircond or a fan. Very comfortable and a good quality microphone. Overall happy for the discounted price but would never pay full price for them.

Not happy. Fricking useless software, hardware features that are uncontrollable. Useless functions, etc. Terrible. I was much happier with the simple NC model from three years ago. Software is available only for computers, not for mobile phones, even though the Quantum family is generally supported. the 810 is excluded so that you can have more fun.

They deliberately make their products worse
I believe JBL has actively chosen to make their newer Quantum 810s worse to make users opt for newer models. for the last 5 years I've owned multiple Quantum 810s, all have worked fine. this week my last one broke so I bought a new one. the range of the dongle has gotten so much worse, it's baffeling. I used to be able to walk around the entire house and not have any problems, clear audio no matter where I went. now I can't even get out of my own room without there being a bunch of noise. at first I thought it might be a faulty product so I returned it and bought a different one of the same model. nope, this one is just as terrible. showing to me this is an intentional choise. JBL you're a terrible company that screws over it's users by deliberately making your products worse over time.

Nice Headphones
I'd give it 4 and a half. They're not perfect. They occasionally randomly turn off but they sound great, look sick and are very useful due to the dual Bluetooth connectivity. Can connect to laptop, ps5 and phone at the same time. Battery life also pretty good - get about 5-7 hours with all the settings turned on.

Personally I find it reliable
So I've had this headset for 15 months and it's holding strong a full charge lasts it 3 days It's range is about 4 yards with interference and it's been darn near indestructible Only parts that have broken are one of the war mountings that I drilled back on and the mic but other than that it had endured being crushed slapped played with by a toddler and time

Won't charge brand new
1st time using and charged for about 5 min then it wouldn't charge anymore. Charging light would flash red for a sec then turn off. Tried multiple outlets and cables. Brand new and doesnt work

Static, squealing, high pitched alarm sound in ear
I was super excited to try these out. Man am I disappointed. The sound is great, fits my head well but within an hour of using them, I heard a pop then a weird static like the speakers are blown in the right side. Then the static turned into a high pitch squealing and then what sounded like an alarm, I had to restart my PC to stop the alarm sound but the static was still there. I updated my drivers, restarted pc, fully charged the headset and tried again. Now it randomly has static which sounds like the speaker is blown, but it's random and not all the time. When the headset is working,the sound is great.

4 stars for not having Media control buttons
There is now play/stop/skip buttons. Maybe the reason for that is it is able to connect both on RF2.4GH and Bluetooth, so which one stream would you like to stop if listening to both? But since there is no buttons for that, and I use a lot, I will give 4 stars.

Great Sound but headbands die before speakers
Awesome Headphones, sound is unrivalled in my opinion, but build quality is annoying, this is my second set of JBL Headphones and both suffered the leatherette(vinyl)/whatever pop out on the overhead bar right after warranty runs out

Best quality.
Finally, a headset that does not randomly crack for no reason. The quality is really good and the sound is perfect. However, when I have standby time on, the headset is supposed to turn of after a certain amount of time when no audio is playing. But it randomly turns off even when audio is playing, especially when the battery is around 50%. Its not a big deal, I just have it always on, then it does not do it, but I think its worth mentioning.

Good all around
I initially purchased a pair of the 810s back in January for work. I was super happy with the product; sound quality is top notch. After about 4 months my mic started to crackle and eventually stopped working. I reached out to JBL about the issue, and they sent a new pair right away. Very pleased with the customer service and product.

Good at first but gets worse over time
I’ve had this headset for a few months and they have crackling sounds and the mic doesn’t work now I don’t recommend for Xbox at all

Extremely good, but could've been better.
These headphones are just, AWESOME. They sound extremely good, the battery life is just... incredible. The mic could've been better but atleast my friends can hear me. I would've liked to see some metal on this thing especially at such a high price, but the quality is still very good.

Crisp audio and mic.
Had a wide range of headsets for gaming, these are pretty dang good so far. Mainly play cod. Mic is adjustable, would recommend these if money isnt an issue for anyone looking for a new headset.
