    Solid polish remover

    Thanks so much for giving it a try and for sharing your feedback! For best results when removing gel polish, we recommend first filing off the shiny top layer of the polish. Then soak a cotton ball with the remover, place it directly on the nail, and wrap foil around your fingertip to hold it in place. Leave it on for about 15 minutes, then gently use a nail file to remove the softened gel. This method helps the remover penetrate the gel more effectively.     I had high hopes

    Soaked for 20 min and the polish was not removed. the scent was not strong but as far soaking off gel nails, it did not perform well. Will keep as a regular polish remover due to low odor but will need to go back to 100% acetone for soaking nails moving forward.

    We apologize that the product didn't meet expectations. It does require prep work and could take more than 20 minutes to fully remove the gel polish. Best practice is to file the top layer of the coating, then soak a cotton ball with the Soak Off acetone formula, then apply to the nail bed for 15 min. Remove the cotton ball, gently file off the softened nail coating and repeat the process until all nail product has been removed. You may find it helpful to wrap the fingers with a small square of foil over the acetone-soaked cotton ball to speed up the process.

This even helps with removing residue from stickers! I also clean my 🍃💨 products with this stuff, it works so well!!! Just make sure to rinse well with hot water afterwards! I wouldn't recommend spilling it, as it may remove color make the surface it spills on sticky. Packaging was great, no leaks. Scent is acetone!! Great stuff 😉

The packaging is closing tight which is essential for this type of product. 100% acetone solution, coconut scent. Removes normal polish with ease, gel polish with soaking for 15-30mins in the foil before filing. It evaporates quickly, but try not to touch the skin with it.

    Pretty good soak

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have bought Onyx Professional products for some time and was excited to try this soak off. My daughters and I have all used it for gel and gel x nails. You can appreciate the coconut, but it only slightly cuts the strong acetone smell. There’s really nothing that can be done about that, and it’s ok. It works decently well and didn’t require extraordinary effort. My only complaint is that I did feel like my nails were dry when finished and peeled a bit. Hard to say if that was from the product or not. I have almost finished the bottle and I would repurchase.
