Feels solid. Not shiny. Might have imperfections.

The rim is shiny but not the inside of the plates. The rim is not uniform and there might be imperfections in the design (for the detailed eyes only; but nothing too crazy). Overall, it feels solid and firm in hands and is a nice purchase.

Cute set

This is a really cute set and very heavy and looks good and I love the raised edge. The only issue is the gold does come off a bit. I did one round in the dishwasher and already parts of the gold chipped.
