I bought this unit in Feb 2024 and used it about 2 hours everyday. When it worked, it did a pretty good job. All the sudden today as July 2024 it wont turn on anymore.
Not 32 pints.

It's 25 pints days it right on the side. In book says removes 12L per day. 12 liters is. 25 pints. It's wrong and w total waste of time. Reservoir is tiny and opens from the back. I bought this online and I need at least 30 points. False advertising!

I was surprised at the size of this but it has some weight to it. The only reason I gave it four stars is the water catch is awkward for me to drain. I walk it to the bathroom in our bedroom and always end up spilling a few drops. It fills to the top. The catch isn’t that big either but we are using it in a double bedroom make from two smaller ones where the one bedroom has always been damp and musty. That feeling after a week is gone! I dump it once or twice a day but I’m home all day too. Overall I am happy with it. It’s still finding dampness and the room feels and smells so much better. For the price and size don’t expect to do a whole house but it is doing great on a very large carpeted bedroom!

Amazingly, I went from 75 humidity to 62 humidity in less than 15 minutes after plugging it in. When I opened the bucket, there was already a lot of water in it. It worked very quickly. Oh, my God, is it so humid in the basement? Let's use this machine.

I use it on my basement, it is very damp and it smells bad. After I used it, the bad smell was gone. I'm amazed that such a small machine can do so much. It was quiet and doesn't have any noisy sound, if you want put on the bedroom. It has 4 working mode and 2 fan speeds. It has smart touch control allow you to operate it with ease.

It does take a bit of time to lower the humidity in a small room even though it says it can handle 2000 square feet. I've only had it for a week so I may update my review in the future. The bucket is also pretty small which I knew when I bought it where I would put it for continuous drainage. Other than that, it works well and has a simple touch screen to change settings. I like that it has an auto defrost feature.
