Q: What are the dimensions of the lip outcropping?

I can confirm that this mat is 36’’ x 48’’ at its longest points, the lipped portion of this mat is 10’’ by 20’’ and the cropped section is 8’’ into the mat and 10’’ high. Did not last

Was packaged flat for shipping, which was nice ... but broke very quickly. First was the edge broke off, but then chair wheels began punching holes through it. Lasted less than two months.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are sorry to hear that you have experience cracking within 2 months of your purchase. This product is specifically designed for use on low/ standard carpet pile, if placed on deep pile the mat wouldn’t be thick enough to support the distance between the mat and the subflooring, which may result in the mat cracking. You can measure your carpet thickness using a paperclip and pushing the pin through the carpet and padding until it hits the subfloor, then measure the distance on the pin from the subfloor to the top of the carpet pile.
