Not worth the buy

While it does the job for temp my unit continues to make a zapping like sound at random. Sounds electrical. The company will not do anything unless I can send them a recording of the noise. They told me I cannot return to the store or return. It’s a random sound so it’s difficult to sit there for hours trying to catch the noise. It was six months old when I first reported, now it’s about 14 months old and still Zapps. I unplug when I head out town for fear it’s going to burn my house down. The company is terrible with responses!
