heartbreak
the older pics look like this was once a robust brush that made a robust line but not so anymore. this is a teeny tiny brush that waffles way too much on application and barely leaves a trace of a line, very light pigment...way too fine a line (if it were more pigmented, the super fineness wld be good actually!) & way to hard to even get that. and added to my dismay, it's def not waterproof anymore. it raccons thru my workout. if ur expecting it to look like other reviewers pics like i was, prepare to be disappointed. not worth 9 bucks.

Formula great, bristles sometimes wonky
Formula is fantastic and truly waterproof. I have used this brand eye liner (and regular version) for years. One star deducted because of the brush. This isn't an issue every time, but occasionally I will get a brush that will not go back in the container straight and then the bristles get wonky (bent). Once that happens, there's no way to straighten it and it's a mess to use. I've had to throw away several due to this unfortunate issue. Perhaps make the bristles a bit more firm, PF?

BUY IT for those perfect wings and cat eyes
BUY IT! Switched from another big brand name that rhymes with foolani. After so many years of using the other one, the company, for some reason, switched up the formula and ruined it for me. I love this one because it's waterproof, love the tip, which works for fine line or bold look! Although it is waterproof, it's not tough to remove. It does not smudge after all day wear, it glides on beautifully and dries quickly. I do have to say that I use it over a primer.

Really is a great eyeliner, smooth and deep black. Unfortunately I find it a bit hard to remove and I think I'm a little allergic. I'm very sensitive so I'll just keep it off my upper lid line and still use it for a cat eye

Damaged or defective product
I had used the product before. However the black ink just came out everywhere and everything was a mess on my ink-filled hands. I think this product is defective I had to throw it away.

I don't care for the water proof and its way to dark. I thought I could use black but brown color is all I can use. It is terrible that everything has to be in black. I think it is biased.

Easy cat-eye!

I love how precisely I can apply the black liner (the proper color is Blackest Black). The brush tip is ultra-fine and easy to glide along my lash line. I love that it is waterproof so I don't have to worry about my look getting ruined in the rain or humidity. I absolutely love the packaging of this eyeliner with the clear bumps of water that dot the various sides of the applicator.

Good for a quick line
