    Terrible product

    I would have given this product no stars if that was possible terrible product ,stings and burns my skin ,face goes all red . I used to use Neutrogena sensitive skin moisturizer and toner for more then 30 years both those items were fantastic the best ever, don't understand why you stopped selling making those products your new sensitive skin products are terrible, you new toner i tried made my face numb . If Neutrogena ever brings back their old sensitive skin products I will return as customer but for now I'm looking at other brands.

    the sensitive skin Products that contain cica technology left tiny blisters all over my face and neck. I am still not over neutragena discontinuing my oil free moisturizer either. Not a company you can count on for consistency.

    Not for sensitive skin. Burned around my nose area so bad and realized this contains niacinamide which my sensitive skin does not like. Be cautious if you do have sensitive skin and want to try this moisturizer. It’s also not very moisturizing either

    Not the sane results as Neutrogena for Sensitive and Reactive Skin

    This is not just a new label. It is a different but not better or even the same formula for sensitive and reactive scan. I do not recommend this and I implore Neutrogena to return the daily facial moisturizer for sensitive and reactive skin with the original formula to the consumers.

    Getting a refund

    This gave me dermatitis. My skin is consistently normal but i tried out this moisturizer a few days ago and my whole face got itchy, dry, and extremely uncomfortable. Just buy the bubble slam dunk moisturizer instead

    This is not the same as the Oil-free moisture with sunscreen, even though its being pushed as new packaging! The formula is completely different. Now it contains alcohols, citric acid, and niacinamide (to name a few irritants). If you have even remotely sensitive skin, it will burn! Do better, Neutrogena.

    So disappointed with lack of care from company

    I have used the oil free fragrance free moistuRizer for over 20 years. Best product on market. It would sell out always. Then company discontinued and replaced with this. I am now speaking with dr for a new moisturizer. Obviously the company does not care about their loyal customers
