Vondior Airpot Coffee Dispenser with Pump - Insulated Stainless Steel Thermal Beverage Dispenser - 85 oz

Supposedly , the shipping labels were printed on April 12th and I was suppose to receive these items by April 17th. My shipping status has been in a delayed staus since 4/12. These were ordered for our local high school rowing team for very cold mornings and we're still waiting on them. I am now being forced to re-purchase some locally that are not as big because we're facing 30° temperatures this weekend. This has been a very disappointing experience especially since they have already paid for and there has not been any updatesbon shipping.

Attractive appearance, but it does not keep my coffee hot for more than about two hours. I’ve do heat it up first for 10-15 min by pouring near-boiling water in it, but coffee still cools off too quickly. Also found it to be difficult to pump. Will have to return
