I used this griddle for pancakes, grilled cheese, etc. Loved everything about it.

Very good Nonstick pan. I primarily use it for Crepes and it comes out good without any oil. Also easy to clean. Bit heavy for the 12"" size.

Pan warped after 4 months of light use and following all the instructions. Poor quality. Would not recommend.

First time user of this type of pan. I just made 7 perfect Crepe Dutch Pancakes. Not a single bit stuck to the pan. I kept the heat at a low to medium heat and they quickly cooked and slid right off the pan. I am so happy with this pan because it is not too heavy but heavy enough for nice even cooking. My husband said they were perfect! The pan is very sturdy with a solid handle and it's lead free, and free from the other pfoas, which is what I wanted. . I recommend getting this pan, it's huge!! which is a plus for me. I like what the company stands for and how they pay it forward.

If you ever have to wonder how to measure how sturdy a pan is, simply think about it as an self-defense instrument. Who would survive? The pan or the assailant? If you had to think about it, its over. This pan is STURDY. Nice rivets, thick aluminum construction and a nice non-stick coating. Season the aluminum. Start slow. . . Slow temperature. Allow the aluminum to warm and expand. Don't crank it up, it will warp if you do. No matter what oan will warp if you do that. Crepes don't need a super hot pan anyway. Take it easy and enjoy!

Works well. Eggs nice crisp edges. Be sure to season and let cool prior to washing so it doesn't warp

Nice griddle pan, no stick and easy to clean hoping this one holds up long term!

I just opened my shipment of the griddle! I'm so excited! I had my old griddle for about 10 years and it was due for a replacement. This item caught my eye. The shipping was fast! And the item is fantastic quality! It has a good weight to it. I had been shopping looking for a griddle and I wasn't happy with what I was finding. They were either super lightweight or not thick enough. They tended to be on the smaller side too. This totally fit what I was looking for! Once I wash and season it, and use it, I will report back. I'm sure I'm going to love it!

Good for crepes, but with heavy every day use it gets ugly real quick.

I enjoy this Inch Crepe Pan every day and it's great.

Was trying to replace old pancake griddle and though this one is good nonstick it is thinner than my previous calphalon and I more often than not burn what I am cooking with it. Surely I will learn slower is better with this pan as it was the only round griddle I could find.

pan arrived well packaged and undamaged. i haven't used it yet but visually it is what i expected.
