Description

700 is a perfect example of the time and passion we put into our coffee and our blends. We take it through quality control at least three days a week via cupping or pulling shots, aiming to provide a blend that is consistent, balanced, and delicious with each and every brew or extraction.

Q: Are the beans on the dry side vs oily? I have an automatic espresso maker and it specifically says not to use oily espresso or coffee beans.

Great everyday coffee

A pretty good basic coffee (non flavored etc). Mixes well with creamers, syrups, etc. definitely have been my go to for the espresso machine.

Small Batch Roaster > Big Coffee

Kaldi’s Coffee is one of my favorite local coffee shops. I was very happy to find out that Target now carries a wide variety of their delicious coffee beans. The 700 blend is a medium roast with a hint of chocolate and caramel notes. It is our favorite and exactly what they use in their coffee shops. It’s definitely worth trying!

I enjoyed my Lavazza espresso beans but wanted to try another brand. Kaldi 700 was noted as good for espresso and drop coffee. For espresso, it has been pretty acidic and sour, hard to drink at times. Counting down the days until I finish the bag to switch back to Lavazza.
