Not tasty.
I had a members mark doughnut pod froma keurig machine and loved it. I used every setting with this pod on this machine and it did not taste anywhere near as good. Gpt insists it makes a great coffee, but it’s just not to my liking. Same for using my ground coffee. All the options were a bit overwhelming

Well worth it.
I love this Ninja coffee maker. So versatile and much better than the Keurig I had the stopped working. I purchased it about a month ago. No issues like the 1 star reviews what-so-ever. I think some pople don't take the time to read instructions which can lead to things not working like they're intended to. Anywho, the Keurig required an extra accessory pod thingy if I wanted to brew my tea blends. The Ninja comes with the convenience of using the coffee brew cup that is stored below. Just pop out the pod cup and put the brew cup in. Easy peasy. There is the convenience of the scoop right there on the side too. Awesome! The selection of brew styles and ounces is another great feature. With the pods insert you can brew 6, 8, 10, or 12 ounces. With the coffee bean insert you can brew 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 18, or 24 ounces. It works great with loose tea leaves. I have never used the frother, and probably never will, but what a great feature for those who do 😉

Great coffee maker
Love this coffee maker, so easy to use and clean and now I'm hooked on Latte's or Cappuccino's, don't know the difference, so the woman who said the machine exploded her K-cup and got grounds all over ( and posted pictures) this couldn't possibly happen except it wasn't closed properly, there is no way this could happen if it was closed properly.

Great froth and ground coffee maker , not the kcup
Design is nice, the frothing is fun, coffee made with ground is rich and smooth coffee (love it) . But, the k cup doesn't work well at all. The grounds spill all over each time and once it exploded hot water and grounds at least 3 feet radius, what a mess. So now I just buy grounds.

Poor Design and Functionality
Very disappointed with this Ninja coffee maker. The pod brew basket does not work properly, which makes one of the main features essentially useless. I purchased this specifically for the pod function, and it has been unreliable from the start. For the price point, I expected far better quality and functionality. Overall, dissatisfied with the performance and design.

Doesn’t meet my expectations
There is a recurring issue with the coffee maker model I currently possess, which was provided as a replacement unit. The original coffee maker I purchased experienced a significant malfunction approximately six months into its use. Your team graciously provided a complimentary replacement for this unit. However, I must regrettably inform you that this second appliance has also begun to exhibit considerable operational deficiencies shortly after its deployment. Despite my diligent efforts to resolve these issues by performing all recommended troubleshooting and maintenance procedures—including comprehensive descaling and clearing of the brewing needle—the machine now consistently requires an unacceptably prolonged period, often exceeding twenty minutes, to brew a single cup of coffee. This level of operational inefficiency, coupled with the frequent and intensive maintenance protocols inherent to this particular model, renders it fundamentally incompatible with my daily routine. My professional commitments necessitate a reliable, efficient, and low-maintenance appliance. The recurring operational challenges and the extensive time commitment required for troubleshooting and upkeep are simply not practical for my lifestyle.

Careful! It attracts ants!
I have been using this product for a couple months, everything seemed to be doing ok until I found some tiny ants in the coffeemaker. This coffeemaker sits in the exact same spot as my keurig used to sit. My exterminator said these ants are due to moisture in the area and to clean the coffee maker and "set it in the sun to dry everything out!" I did that and brought it back inside to use. The same thing happened after a few days of use! Apparently the design leaves so much moisture in the workongnpartnofnthe machine that tiny ants build their nests in there! For clarification, every time I use the machine, I take the pod holder out and rinse it and put it on my drying rack. I let the lid open to air out and I am still having problems with these ants!! I have had several different models of Keurig coffee makers over the ten years I have lived here and I have never had a problem like this before. I would not recommend this unit to anyone!

I have to say, this is the best coffee maker invented. I hope we never lose this one!! So many thoughtful items with storage for the k cup holder/ grounds filter. So easy to maintain too. The amount of water it holds, how fast and quiet it is! Wow. I just can't say enough about it. Thank you for making the perfect machine!!

Damaged counter top
We just bought this yesterday. Filled up the water reservoir for the next morning. The reservoir was definitely seated all the way. The next morning i went out to make coffee and water had leaked all over the counter and damaged my counter top. It expanded the wood underneath and now i will need to replace my countertop. I will be getting a lawyer for the damages if not properly handled. I have pictures and im having a contractor out today to give me an estimate. STOP MAKING THIS PRODUCT!!!! ITS AWFUL AND YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF IT.

Not worth it
Not a good coffee maker. For $100 it should be able to do a lot more and not be 98% plastic. It’s janky and is the worst coffee machine i’ve ever purchased.

Pleased With New Coffee Maker
I just bought the Single-Serve Pods & Grounds Specialty Coffee Maker Black. Read the instructions, cleaned all the accessories as recommended, and just made my first 8 oz cup of coffee. (Even bought a new brand of dark roast coffee, as recommended, as I usually grind coffee beans fine and didn’t want to risk clogging up the system over time, which is mentioned can happen in the instructions.) Anyway, BEST CUP OF MORNING COFFEE I’VE EVER HAD, so now I’m thinking about getting the 14-Cup Coffee Maker sooner than later. I know it’s early days yet as my purchase is new. However, I did LOTS of online consumer research before my purchase. I’m very pleased!
