    It probably helps protect my pancreas, although I avoid toxins to that organ. I can't really tell if it helps. The research that I've reviewed though, is very positive on urolithin A's benefits. I have no side effects. M. Manske MD

    To be fair. Unclear without a complete workup. However I have found since starting the Urolithin A supplement I have more energy and I am less lethargic overall.

    Great product!

    I'm very exited about this new Codeage product of mine. I'm quite rigorous in taking supplements, timing, dosage and possible interferences with other supplements I' m taking. So, please tell me if i can take liposomal urolithin A in the morning, 500 mg, on an empy stomac? Or can i take it immediately after my usual breakfast consisting in greek yogurt(or kefir) with chia seeds, flex seeds, pumkin seeds, almond butter and berries plus Vit D3+Vit K2-Mk7+ Mg powder? If i take creatine also after breakfast with a glass of water? Please advise me! Thank you!

    I can’t tell yet.

    I’ve been taking Liposomal Urolithin A for 4 months now but I couldn’t tell you what it has done for me as of yet. I’m a healthy slim 70 y/o female with osteoporosis who refuses to take the medication recommended for this, and hope the Urolithin A will help with my weight bearing exercises. I’ve also been taking 1, .75mcg of Levothroxine daily since my 40s. I started taking this due to a podcast I heard on the Dr. Gabrielle Lyon show when she was speaking with Dr. Anura Singh. I take this in hopes of the many potentially helpful claims. It is suppose to help the gut, Improve Mitochondrial health, Enhance muscle function, may protect against age-related declines in muscle function, cognitive function, and overall health. Reduced inflammation which may benefit conditions like arthritis and other inflammatory diseases. It may mprove bone health and cardiovascular health, gut health and skin aging. I take 500 mg. Daily. 1 first thing in the morning and 1 before bed. We shall see.

    Quick result

    Having stopped regular daily walks to allow a hamstring injury to heal, I began using the product while increasing walks to two miles daily. In two days muscle soreness was gone and in four days I was walking at 3.5 mph.

    One Month Down- decent start

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be fair, I’ve only used this for about a month now, so I don’t expect my results to be full swing yet- but, I noticed that I do have more energy during the day and my post workout recovery time seems a bit faster, so I’ll try another couple months to see if I notice more changes over time. The energy alone is a nice change. I’ll make updates in a few months, but so far I’m feeling optimistic!

    Jury is Out

The thing with mitochondrial supplements is that they are slow and deep to work… I don’t notice immediate shifts when I take this. I will say my exercise endurance is certainly improved and I’m generally warmer in the day. I intend to continue as a trial.
