Q: Are these covers 100% silicone?

A: Hi LJ, thank you for reaching out. Just the clear part is silicone. The colored part is PP plastic.

Q: What are the three different diameters and heights in this set? The specs only list one, and 16" doesn't seem correct, as others all list diameters of about 10"
