Take about 20 minutes to get a decent amount of ice for a cup. It doesn't make nugget ice, more like ice chips. Which isn't bad but not what I wanted. Overall it a good product

Paperweight?
Had it for 7 months. It’s a bit of a pain to keep clean, but manageable. It recently started spitting out black stuff into the water reservoir and making the most awful grinding screaming noise whenever it’s been running for 30-60 minutes. It doesn’t even make enough for a full glass before it starts making that noise. Can’t seem to get into it to take a look either, so now it’s just useless.

Awful!! Do not get!!
I’ve had this item for 4 months, one full month it was not in use. I came back and started it up after a month of not being used and black chunks came out with the ice. Terrible product!!!

Noisy
I bought this machine beginning of this year after my last Newair machine broke. This ice maker is very noisy and constantly running. My last machine was much quieter but they no longer made that model. It seems to continue to get louder the longer I own it. I work from home and office is near the kitchen and I have to unplug it a lot of the time due meetings. I expect it to make noise but I can hear it all the way at the back of my house from the kitchen.

We loved this ice maker but within a year, we can't keep it in our kitchen because it is too loud. It was a gift so we don't have a receipt to return it. I filled out a form for assistance but never received an email.

Nugget Ice at Last
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This icemaker makes the best ice! I use it at least every other day. There are only the two of us but we both enjoy the nugget size ice and are always wanting something to drink. Here is South Carolina I cannot go anywhere without a glass of something cold in my hand. It is compact enough that it fits nicely on our kitchen counter. The only drawback to this model is the amount of noise it makes when its running. We have an open floor plan and although the icemaker is not real noisy, it is obvious if we are in the family room when the icemaker is running.

I LOVE this nugget ice maker so much
I have been wanting a good solid nugget ice maker that works well and is a great one for using with water, soda, etc and I found it! This is an awesome nugget ice maker and is mine and my kids favorite thing to use for ice. I use this ice maker multiple times per day and my kids love the ice too. I definitely recommend it and it is super easy to set up and fill to the fill line, etc.
