Went out to the beach on a day where top UV was 8. My wife and kids used this product and all three burned terribly. I used nothing and did not burn at all. My wife used a different product and brand in her face and had no issue. Only where we used this product did anyone burn including second degree sunburn on my daughter’s nose.

The point of a sprayer is to apply easily. This just came out as a globe and still had to rub it in. Wouldn't have bothered with a sprayer if I wanted it on my hands.

I have had the same experience as many other people. I bought it thinking that it was a great alternative to an aerosol spray. It has been very frustrating. Sometimes the spray works for a few sprays and then just stops. I can not consistently get it to work again. It has a mind of its own.

I bought 2 packs of 1 sprayer and an extra refill, as well as 3 extra refills. Only made it 1/3 through the very first spray bottle and the sprayer is broken 😞 not sure what to do with the 6 bottles and 2/3 of another bottle left... Stinks bc it is not greasy and seems to work well

I bought this product thinking it would be great to try. I can't get a continuous spray. I tried to google it and was informed to shake it. The directions do not tell you to shake it. It still did not work. I get a few squirts, and it stops. Not happy with it. Would not recommend it.

Bought this right before vacation along with 4 refills and was exited to use the aerosol free application. With that being said the pump quit working after one use. Thought it may have just been a faulty item so went and purchased a second sprayer and was once again met by the same issue. What a waste of money

I bought this for the first time and used it yesterday. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I both got sun burned. This was the first sun burn I have gotten this year because I am strict about using and reapplying sunscreen. We both reapplied through the day but got burned regardless. I also struggled with getting the product out as the nozzle kept jamming.

I was super excited for this design as I don’t want to continue using the aerosol sunscreen and the lotions are just messy. Unfortunately after 3 applications the pump broke. Great idea, poor design and implementation. Looks like everyone is having this issue from the reviews

Loved the concept of a refillable/reusable pump but it broke after about 3 uses. I now have a 3/4 full and completely full bottle that is unusable. What a waste of money.

Love the product but hate the sprayer. We went through a period where we found that sometimes the pump works and sometimes it doesn’t. But now it looks like we are at a point where we can’t get the pump to work again. Annoyed that we need to buy a new spray bottle if we wish to apply the product. We now have two unopened refill bottles that are essentially garbage.

Bought for non-aerosol sprayer. Worked for 4 sprays. Like the scent, lightness of the sunscreen (not oily or greasy), good absorbtion. However, cannot recommend or would buy again because 99% of the product is unusable. Refills for a non-working sprayer product is simply a non-feature that wishes it was. Apparently I am not alone, so this is a serious product defect or a serious QA issue. Would change my review if the issue is fixed. I really wanted to like this product.

Love the way the pump worked while it worked. We were really impressed. Loved the product I bought 1 sprayer and 4 refills because there was only 1 sprayer left in the store.On our second day at the beach the sprayer stopped working. I thought maybe it was clogged and tried to get it working again.No success. I am stuck with 4 refills and half a bottle i cant use. It would be really nice if the company would sell replacement spray attatchments for a reasonable fee to customers who have this experience.

Great concept, however applicator stopped spraying with the bottle still almost full. I thought it was my specific bottle only, but it happened with the kids version I purchased as well. Going to just pour the rest of the product into an empty spray container so I can continue to use it as a spray and not have to throw it away. However will not repurchase this product again.
