Excellent large room purifier
This unit services our open concept living room and kitchen. The dimensions are about 20x40 feet with 13 foot ceilings. The smart setting raises the fan speed when we are cooking despite have an exhaust hood running above the stove. It does not take long to settle back down to its lower speeds. It has a large footprint, and its suction points are on opposite sides so you'll need clearance around the unit as well. The app is not as bad as people make it out to be. Maybe it used to be, but my setup and use have been near flawless. I do get unstable connection notification on occasion, but we have a very dense network of IoT devices. I do wish the reports were searchable via hovering over data points, so I could pinpoint times high readings occurred.

Noticeable improvement in garage air quality
This is working very well in a large garage space. The air quality was noticeably improved within a few days and less dust has been accumulating. The WiFi connectivity is cool but not that important to me. This works just as well as the version without WiFi connectivity.

Understanding the 400S
Considering the 400S is monitoring for particulates, it would be nice to know what particulates' are found causing the system to increase air filtering. Have I missed this capability?

It’s a no for me
I bought this over a month ago. It is okay but I have two main issues. 1. The pre filters.. Having washable filters seems like a great idea, but every time I remove them to clean them the dust, particles, and everything in them is released back into the air. Both times I cleaned them my allergies were irritated. To me this makes the product useless. And yes I clean them when the machine notifies me too. 2. The app is horrible. I have to sign and reconnect my device too much. This is my fourth air purifier machine I have purchased. I have an enviorklens, Molekule, and an I Q Air. This machine might be my least favorite.

It Really Works!
I was skeptical, but this device works well. The Airmega 400S has reduced the smell of mold and handles clean ups after construction work well also. Despite lots of negative reviews, the app even works well. I have become a believer.

Purchased to help remove allergens
Great design, well-made, actually rather "pretty." It is larger than I expected but that makes me more confident that it will purify up to 3k square feet. The machine runs very quietly and the color-coding system is great for an at a glance awareness of the air quality.

Awesome Purifier
Discounted price was very appealing. Entire process from purchase to setup was exceptional. My 400S works seamlessly and is EXTREMELY quiet. Have enjoyed it for a month now and have noticed improvement in my home. I'm happy with this purchase.

Nice unit, app needs work to work.
The unit which is my second Coway is fine, beautiful actually. It's the app that needs work, can't connect with Starlink which I only found out after I bought this. Fix that and 5 stars all day long.

Very quiet and effective
We needed a unit to help control the dust in our country residence. After a lot of research we landed on this model. It’s been in operation now for almost a month and made a huge difference in the amount of dust that accumulates everywhere making our cleaning routines much quicker. Very quiet unless it kicks into high fan mode. We really like the sleep mode which is whisper quiet. Light weight in case you need to move it or clean near it.

Breathe easy and fresh!
Really helped with sneezing and sinuses (lots of pollen and allergens around here). House smells fresh even with 2 dogs and fried bacon at breakfast. This purifier kicks into high gear and sucks the strongest odors away (I dont know anything stronger than bacon smell). And less dust! Worth every penny.

Great for home renovation
Great design. Quiet at low speeds but not terribly loud at high speeds. Easy to clean filter. We really like it for our home construction project. Easy setup. We got it in sale and it was very economical at the time.

Just getting it started.
going to start this out with 5 stars because I have only had it running for a couple of weeks. I do like the quietness of this unit, you don't even know it is doing its thing unless you look at the lights. I really liked the setup and scheduling in the app. It was very self explanatory. I'll keep you posted on what I think about it in the coming months, but for now it is a Winner!

Failing Sensor/Smart system air quality monitoring
The first year we had our 400S, it detected air quality quickly and responded to change fan speeds as needed, but, after a year, with a very routine cleaning including cleaning the sensor and intake/exhaust ports, automatic refuses to adjust fan speed based on air Quality. Fan stay at 1 100% of the time even though Sensor/detection is set to max (Sensitive). Our 400S now stays on low no matter how bad the Air really is. Our other non-Coway Air Purifier responds immediately to poor air quality, but, now the only way to use out 400S is fully manual. Coway's warranty requirements won't allow warranty coverage since they say if you blow into the Sensor area at clse range and it responds, the 400S is ok. Wrong! Of course blowing directly into the Sensor area will trigger a change, but, that does not mean, the sensor/smart system is working correctly for monitoring normal air quality in the room. The 5 Year warranty seem useless to us and we have a 400S that is now not sensitive at all like it used to be, even set to max/sensitive settings. Manual operation is the only way to get the fan into higher speeds now.

Love my 400s
I have owned my 400s for 1 week and already noticed a huge difference in my allergy symptoms. I have an older house on a ranch in Texas that was originally built in 1971. I have updated and added all of the modern technology to help make it as energy efficient as possible. However, with the dust, grass and cedar pollen it is impossible to get allergy relief. I have noticed a big change for the better. I no longer have to take my prescription eye drops in the evening when I get home. My house has a large living room, game room, office, bar, kitchen and dining room that are wide open to each other on the 1st floor with a balcony overlooking the living and game rooms. The ceiling over the living area 26’ at the peak and 12’ at the lowest points and the over all width is 40’x20’. This unit has no problem taking care of this area. I have it set on smart mode and programmed to run full speed for 2 hours over night. I like being able to control the unit, monitor and track the air quality levels in the app. Tip for connecting the WiFi: When typing in the web address, it will suggest an app link. Just click that, it makes connecting super was easy.
