This is likely outdated too since they are wider. I put mine inside an XL Huggies bedwetters diaper. I’m 67 and have overactive bladder with occasional inconsistent of stool. No UTI’s yet and I have a very bad immune system. There r depends that are smaller now but I’m only 95 lbs and all adult diapers leak around my legs. I’ll try the new depends 4 size 00-?
