Solid product

So i have a fairly hairy chest and have been wanting to clean it up a bit. So i got a this and tested it on a small area first but forgot to put the guard on and had to finish the rest of it that way to make it uniform. Anyway, it worked great. Remember the guard! Hahahahaha

What a disappointment. My husband bought this trimmer recently and was really excited for a quality product. Unfortunately, it has pulled and snagged horribly from the very first use. It’s so bad that we can’t use it at all. I’m honestly not sure why it has such a high rating — our experience has been terrible.

No intelligent battery charging and high discharge rate. Sits in its dock cooking the battery and sits out of the dock draining it. Just picked it up today and the battery is fried. Headlight is useless as the blade blocks the light. Overpriced.

Not worth the upgrade

The original version of this item is leaps and bounds better than this one. This new one pulls hair and doesn't cut anything on the first pass. It is actually painful to use. Manscaped should focus on putting out better products, not just a new one.

Not as good as it use to be

This is not the same trimmer we got 7 yrs ago. I don't know what they did or if this one is damaged, but it almost hurts to use. Our first one would trim the hair like a hot knife thru butter. This one tangles the hair, gets caught and rips hair, and takes at least 5 passes to trim hair. We did get our first one directly from Manscapped so I'm not sure if that made a difference. Very disappointed bc our first one was amazing.
