Great rug, TERRIBLE packaging. How sad, the rug is just as pictured and described, the delivery was timely, but the packaging was just clear plastic and rather difficult to open. The packaging had to be cut with a utility knife, so had to be super careful not to cut rug. Disappointing.

Beautiful rug, very soft! Colors are lighter than the picture, but love it! Definitely recommend it. Sheds some as said, but can deal with that, just a little more vacuuming. Cat friendly, first thing they did was scratch it, but did not damage the rug.

My sister bought this rug for me and I have had it three days now, and I cannot stop my cat from scratching it. The pile is kind of loose and it comes up quickly when my cat scratches. The only deterrent that I can think of is to sprinkle the rug with grated lemon rind. This slows my cat down but does not prevent the damage. As soon as the rind dries he is back at his scratching. I have to make more of it every single day. Needless to say my rug does not appear clean at all! This is a beautiful rug! It is soft and wonderful and does not smell. I would recommend it to anyone who does not have cats or dogs that might scratch it up.

Happy Customer and Serendipity indeed! The rug lays well and speaks volume ….and it is comfortable. It does shed but not visible. I enjoy sitting on the stairs and enjoy the happy and soothing colors. My feet are also happy as I walk on the rug.

I love the look of this carpet and bought 3 of them. They are thick and appear well made. However, I use a canister vaccuum (one you can see through as you vaccum) they amount of fiber that is picked up off these carpets is insane and for that I'm giving 2 stars. I can fill a cannister in seconds without exaggeration. I have had my carpets for 3 months now.
