Horrible quality

This rug is like a cheap dollar shop carpet. Thin and extremely cheaply made . I would return but don't want to pay shipping fee . Will not shop here again so disappointed .

Terrible Packaging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug was folded in half and taped together before it is thrown in the box. This caused the rug to have horrible, permanent crease down the middle that can be seen and felt under the feet. Putting heavy, flat furnitures over the rug for 2 days did not straighten out the rug.Unbelievable packaging for a rug retailer.

Won’t lay flat
