Our flavor infused coffees are enhanced with extracts from several natural flavors added to the coffee after grinding into a very fine powder. The FDA therefore required that we note “artificially flavored” on the packaging. All Nespresso flavored coffees contain flavors from natural sources with no artificial flavoring. These were honestly the best Nespresso capsules I’ve ever had! The initial aroma coming from the freshly poured coffee was wonderful, with a caramel sweetness filling the air. The pour created a beautiful hazelnut colored crema on top of the liquid. Upon first sip, the caramel flavor was rich and smooth with a subtle sweetness that kept me wanting more. I usually add creamer to my coffee, but it wasn’t needed here. These capsules bring an incredible value for such a great coffee. Plus, I love that the capsules are recyclable to help with sustainability, all while having such appealing packaging. Such a great Nespresso capsule!

I did appreciate that the coffee was not too sweet as the caramel flavor was subtle but not undetectable. I drink my coffee black and enjoyed that the Nespresso coffee capsules provided a strong, tasty cup of coffee, which is much needed for busy mornings. I also thought the packaging was neat as the vibrant yellow packaging caught my eye and was not flimsy at all. You can tell Nespresso took the time and effort to product a great cup of coffee in a sturdy, well-designed capsule!

I dont like my coffee too sweet, but I love a good caramel flavor and this was a perfect balance between the two. However, I'm usually an iced coffee girly and sadly this one tasted a lot better hot. Maybe, I'll find a way for it to meet my expectations for iced coffee, but if not, I'll enjoy it as a hot coffee drink ☕️ ☺️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got to try out these complimentary coffee capsules courtesy of Influenster & Nespresso in exchange for my honest review! I’ve been waking up looking forward to my Vertuo Golden Caramel Coffee capsules. It’s like a little morning treat to start my work day off on a good note while giving me the caffeine boost needed to lock in and focus on software testing. The caramel flavor isn’t very strong so occasionally I will enhance my drinks with a caramel drizzle for more oomph, but I like the ability to tailor how strong the flavor is so that’s a positive to me. These Vertuo capsules also get a unique semi-foam “crema” texture on top when brewing that gives it a slightly different mouthfeel than typical drip coffee. It’s a little more fluffy and smooth of a texture. Overall these were pretty tasty and I plan to keep experimenting with fancy drink creations. Thanks again, Influenster & Nespresso!
