Was unsure but all worked out
The description of refurbished did give me pause but I figured give it a chance and I am proud to say they work perfectly.

Don't do it!
Please please do yourself a favor & do NOT buy refurbished from Target. Gifted the AirPods to my daughter for her bday the night before traveling internationally-she needed the AirPods to do school work while we were away. They wouldn't connect, so I immediately called the 1800 number on the card inside the box that says, "if you have issues please contact Target" with a 1800 number and nothing else. So I call Target, they tell me to contact the 3rd party reseller & gave me their number. Number was invalid so I had to look up the contact # for HYLA electronics online. My only option was an online chat & they got back to me 24hrs later, asked where I purchased from & when I said Target, they didn't get back for more than 48hrs (I needed to follow up with them) and said I needed to go to Target for technical support (?). Target is saying they can't help me with this and I need to contact the reseller. Currently on a long hold with Target because we keep getting push back left and right. I spend THOUSANDS at Target each year and I will not accept being stuck with a $180 pair that can't connect, especially after it took 9 days to receive them in the mail & I apparently only have a 14 day return window. They were a gift and did not arrive in the 5 days they were due to arrive in. In fact, they didn't even ship until the day they were due to arrive. Target made an exception and said I need to go to the store, when we return, where they will deny the return as we are now outside the return window. At that time I need to call Target.com customer service with the reference number I was given & they will instruct guest services to issue a return to our method of payment. Meanwhile, my daughter is 3 days behind her class work and we need to purchase a new pair of some type of headphones she can connect to her classes with. Ridiculous. The 14 day return window is buried in the listing & I missed it when I purchased. There was no info in the package about a shortened return window I expect more from Target. I would have never purchased had I had known that.

Hallelujah
I bought that airpods pro2 recently I think Its been 2 months or something. It was a refurbished one and it seemed cool and I trusted Target its description of this item. However this AirPods is connected to the previous owner and I did not have time to look into it just because I came back from vacation. And yeah I literally just opened the box after my vacation. So here is the deal : this is a refurbished and reset item. I get it but it is still connected to previous owner which is not acceptable! And I can’t return this just because return date is expired. Help me out!
