Comparison
Myself and my son got the Caraway pan and a 5 ply stainless steel pan to see which we would like better in order to buy a full set. We have used them both in many different applications and can honestly say that we have enjoyed the Caraway Ceramic Pan hands down. The ease in using it and the clean-up is much better for us. The stainless steel is a good second choice for us.Rick C.

poor quality
I have only had this pan for a month and have used a maybe a total of 5 times. I followed the directions on how to use it, but now it is now hard to clean. The food is now stuck on there and wont come off and there is a brown stain on the pain. I used this to make french toast and cook bacon a few times. All of my the other pans I order work well so far, but it is very disappointing about this pan
