But it has a definite protein powder taste while eating which is not the best. It is great to have a protein cereal option but that powder taste is not my favorite.

The taste is on point and it helps with protein intake. The only downside is it is pretty expensive for its size but I would buy again as a snack in between meals

These were overly sweet and tasted nothing like Lucky Charms. Tasted like they were coated in powdered sugar. I’d rather have no cereal than this. Couldn’t finish the box and tossed it. These were not for me, but YMMV…

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Ghost Lucky Charms were good, and a better alternative to regular Lucky Charms which are loaded with sugar. The Ghost Lucky Charms have 17 g protein per serving, which is impressive for a breakfast cereal. They don't taste funny like other high protein foods I've tried, but the texture is a little bit dry. The cost is also higher than I would prefer and I am not sure I'd purchase regularly. If you are looking for a high protein breakfast or snack, I'd say this is a great option!

The cereal is really crunchy similar to kix and didn't get soggy which I loved and the marshmallows taste exactly like real lucky charms. I usually eat healthier granola cereal so I did think this was a little too sweet for a breakfast food but this would be great instead of a super sweet desert
