Cheap Product, Bad Warranty and Cust Service
Steam wand broke within 3 months. After following their directions to fix, I also opened the back panel to see if any connections were loose. That voided the warranty because I altered the machine. “However, we must advise that the unit has lost its warranty due to the fact that it was opened. Even if the inside was not altered or touched, the warranty is voided once the unit has been opened, since it is considered altered.” Even if the inside was not altered, … we consider it altered. Very unfortunate. Cheaper product with poor customer service.

Leaky coffee machine
While the machine makes good drop coffee and expresso it did not last. The machine ended up leaking water through the bottom and not into the pot. It was a very expensive mistake buying this. I wouldn't recommend it!

Not a good choice

TERRIBLE
Where do I begin? Made the severe mistake of purchasing this before looking at the reviews. While the coffee pot function works fine, my espresso experience was terrible. Followed all steps in the booklet to a tee. Once the steamer signaled ready I attempted to froth. Within 5 seconds, it’s spitting out water even though milk wasn’t thick enough yet. Don’t get me started with the espresso. Tamped pretty good, still incredibly difficult to rotate the lever. Got my espresso-expert friends to come and help and they agreed it was absolutely difficult to prep and use. Two months later and we can’t even get the lever to rotate at ALL no matter how little espresso grounds we used. So confusing. Overall an absolutely frustrating experience. While the machine looks polished, it does not function. Pretty expensive considering everything it can’t do. What a waste of money this was!

Do not buy
I received this for my birthday and was very disappointed. We tried for weeks to pull a decent espresso and failed. Changed the grind size, beans, draw time and even the portafilter. It is not user friendly and the steam wand is at an awkward angle. There are much better options, stay away from this machine.

Stay Away
I spent many hours doing research on this machine. I wanted to upgrade my drip coffee maker and also buy an espresso machine. I thought this would be perfect because it did both and would save me some counter space. After about 5 pots of coffee, the drip side just stopped working. I read many negative customer reviews about this machine, and lots of them specifically about this particular problem. I thought, “They just took care of it wrong, there’s no way this could happen to me.” Boy, was I wrong. Being such an expensive machine, I was sure to clean it daily and take proper care of it. It didn’t matter; I ran into the same problem that so many others did. Luckily, I registered my product for the warranty (only 1-year lol). But now I have to deal with the hassle of fixing it and waiting on parts if needed. I bought this machine because I wanted to save time and hassle, not create it. I get that it’s not a top-tier coffee maker, and I knew that going in, but I thought I would get more of a week’s worth of use. Just sacrifice the counter space and get yourself a decent drip and espresso maker separately. It might even cost you less, and you’ll probably get better quality coffee.

Poor Quality
After only a few months the machine started leaking terribly. Bought this in April 2025, and by December 2025 the frother had completely stopped working. We have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, as well as follow the recommended daily cleanings for optimal performance, and the machine has still underperformed. This is very disappointing, as we were looking forward to upgrading our other coffee/espresso maker. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this product/model to anyone, and would not purchase again. We are currently searching for a replacement …

Can’t live without this coffee maker!
The DeLonghi All-in-One Espresso Machine is my favorite and most-used appliance. Every day, I make latte and my husband makes coffee. We also use it to brew iced tea, eliminating the need for a separate iced tea maker. This coffee maker is durable and easy to maintain. I also really appreciate that the owner’s manual is written clearly in understandable English. The DeLonghi all in one espresso machine is the ONLY coffee maker I will ever need!

Dont do it
Started leaking after about a month. Completely stopped working just over 90 days after purchase. Luckily bought with Redcard so was in the extended return window. Expensive for junk! Save yourself time and headaches and chose something else

I primarily got this coffee maker because it's able to both make espresso drinks as well as drip coffee. It works great and is easy to clean. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 stars is that it is sooooo hard to twist the portafilter. I have to hold on to the whole machine to turn the handle and it shouldn't be that hard. No fun.

Just meh I stayed on top of maintenance as needed got the needed usage its just not worth the price I wish I could get reimbursed for what I paid but its impossible that being said its great for a beginner that has a partner who just like it "simple" I got a ok watered down expresso while she got a decent pot of drip. the best part of this machine is how fast it heats if this was 100 bucks id give this 4 stars.
