Horrible smell! Like mold and mildew. The house even smells with the carpet gone. We had to air it out.

This rug was beautiful at first but after just one year it looks terrible! I am so embarrassed by how worn it looks and have to replace. I am very disappointed.

The soft parts feel nice, but with the low pile sections in between, it feels uncomfortable and weird under your feet. It has a yellowish tint, so it’s not an attractive cream color. Will be returning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So impressed with the quality of the rug. It is handmade, so there are uneven spots, but it just adds to the charm. It did end up being a little big bigger that 3x5, but that turned out to be the perfect size.

The company will say "shedding is normal", but this rug doesn't just shed, it actually looses yarn with great ease which means it is technically a "raw" rug. If you have pets, or if you simply plan to walk on this rug, know that it will fall apart. When you get it in the mail and discover the problem, Rugsusa will insist you pay the return for a rug that should never be sold in the first place. Save yourself the time and effort and find a better quality rug dealer.

I had been waiting for this to restock in the size and color I wanted for months. When it finally did I had another 3 months to wait for our house remodel to wrap up. Let me tell you it was worth it. I initially bought this for my office space but the tassels kept getting stuck under to door. It's now in our great room and I couldn't be more in love with it in this space. We don't have a rug pad under it yet so it slide very easily on the tile floor, especially with two dogs wrestling and running around on it. It's easy to spot clean and vacuums well. I would purchase it again and am considering it in the blue color for my office space (just sizing down). I do want to note that some of the edges are uneven. Keep in mind It is a handwoven rug so I kind of expected that. It doesn't look bad at all, but lined up against my tile grout lines, you can see it if you have an eye for that. I'm usually very hyper focused on those things, but it honestly hasn't bothered me at all. I barely notice it now that we are using the space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Updated my living room with this rug. It’s the perfect blend of plush comfort underfoot and modern design. Certainly transformed my space as I’d hoped. Definitely need to get a more substantial pad to prevent slippage but well worth it!
