rug and pad had been wet at some point the products were unfit to place inside my home and have been disposed of

Feels really nice under foot - however dark blue not as dark and lights blues have a bit of a green tone vs what we expected - you can see actual vs the generated image.

When my original rug arrived, I saw even before opening and unrolling it that the outer plastic wrapping was ripped open about 7-8 inches, and the rip went all the way to the rolled rug inside. It was unusable. I immediately took photos of it and emailed customer care. They were outstanding. They arranged for a replacement at once, and directed me in how to dispose of the original rug. They were even available by phone to walk me through some questions I had. I cannot say enough how surprised and delighted I was by their response. I highly recommend.
