    I received kids gummies!

    While I was expecting adult gummies, I was a little surprised to see “kids” when the package arrived. I must say they are good for day use (because of the sugar content). I’ve taken 2 during the day and I do notice a clam-er sensation that lasts for hours. I probably would not take them at night, to avoid a sugar rush sensation.

    Prefer the powdered drink

    Yes, it’s easier to pop some gummies instead of making the drink; however, I have found greater efficacy in the powdered drink mix. These gummies taste good and if it helps you wind down, then it’s worth it. The only downside is that the seving size is 4 gummies. So, be prepared that the tub won’t last as long as you may have expected!

    I decided to try the gummie instead of the power but the gummies (lemon raspberry have granulated sugar on the outside which I hate - do any of the gummies not have this extra sugar?

    Sugar Coating

    These are coated in sugar granules and the sugar keeps me up half the night, even when I wipe the granules off. I'm so disappointed because the powder works great.

    Easy Magnesium

    I have tried the calm powder before and found my body is very sensitive to it. These gummies are a great alternative. I get my Magnesium in without the digestive side effects.

    Used to always purchase the raspberry-lemon gummies, but the formula was changed for the worse. the sugar does not stay on the outside at all. They also taste horrible - like another reviewer stated - like candle wax. They taste really gummy. But I will say the orange flavor is much better, more like the old formula.

    Orange is meh

    A great way to get magnesium into your diet. But these do not make me “calm” and not a fan of the orange variety. I will continue to take these but will be switching back to the raspberry/lemon flavor.
