Great frying pans. Glad i did my research and chose for my lifestyle.

Food basically slides out of the pan with almost no oil/butter. Finish has held up so far much better than other Calphalon pans we have used.

These are great non-stick pans and clean easily. Very happy with this purchase!

I brought this about 20 years ago and have sent them back at least two times, now they need to be sent back again! I am done.

Very easy to clean except around the rivets. A little slick when trying to flip food with a spatula also a little on the heavy side. Other than that a great product.

I think it’s impossible to burn anything in these. Great color should match any kitchen. The only reason they’re getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because one of them chipped on the back early, other than that awesome quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is amazing. I have a set of Calphalon pots already and this ceramic finish on these pots is AMAZING. This has truly been a nonstick surface. I have cooked everything with the pots and I love them. I want to get more of the pots because of how amazing they are. An egg cooked flawlessly and did not stick to the surface. The color of the pots too is gorgeous. I love the difference of the color. It definitely stands out.

I have been a long time Caphalon fan after receiving their chicken fryer back in 2014. Although their cookware is a bit of an investment (at least for me) it is so worth it: That same pan has been my go-to kitchen workhorse for the last 10 years and (with consistent proper care) looks and cooks as good as day 1. As do the sauce pan, 4 qt, steamer, etc. I have added in the years since. That said I am SO EXCITED to finally get my hands on the new Caphalon Premier Nonstick Ceramic 2pc Skillet Set. Somehow I was selected by Influenster/Caphalon to receive a free set for review (amazing as they have no clue about my current collection). Roasted Veggies: Perfectly browned and crisp; no mush spots here. Flank Steak: Even browning with crisp bits and a spot-on even pink layer straight across. Pancakes: Three batches done before the syrup was cold. Then the true test..... Shrimp Parmesan: Step 1: Deep fry the breaded shrimp Step 2: Broil the now golden shrimp in marinata sauce and an excessive amount of cheese. Step 3: Appreciate the Parmesan heaven created by Caphalon's Premier Ceramic pan. The shrimp were juicy and plump yet coated in the crunchiest breadcrumbs and the cheese was a sea of molten happiness. Serving was so much easier with this pan as the nonstick ceramic allowed me to just slide the entire dish right out of the pan onto a serving dish...like silk. Their nonstick magic had me looking like a pro. Yet throught the entire process the pan and handle were never excessively hot, nor does the pan now show any sign of wear even after all that boiling and broiling (not to mention the abuse from my experiments earlier in the week) Pulling it from the dishwasher today the Nonstick Premier Ceramic pan still looks brand new. As I have come to learn this is par for the course with Caphalon's cookwear, and trust will be even better with this latest Premier Ceramic line.

I like this intermediate size for frying up a quick egg or making a quesadilla. The nonstick finish is perfect for eggs or cheesy things—both for cooking and cleaning. I have been very impressed.

Everything that I have cooked in them has cooked evenly and quickly, I couldn’t be more impressed! The best part is how easy they are to clean, you barely need soap and water, you can wipe these down with a paper towel once they are cooled and they are good as new. I also love that they are dishwasher safe if you need to go that route. I use them with silicone or plastic utensils, to prevent scratching and increase the longevity of their use. Also, I love the color options. I got the shade mushroom, and it’s a beautiful neutral tone. Highly recommend.
