Factory Mistake
Went together great except for the last two pieces. Both side walls holes drilled incorrectly so panels do not matchup. Sidewalls bows significantly if tried to force. Took apart to see if another way could be put back together better and there is not. Only one way can be assembled. Tried to redrille new holes but the alignment is so minor off that it would make peg holes too big. Took apart again to rebox and return back to store and there is a lot of pieces to assemble and breakdown. Gave it one stat because if it wasn't for the misplaced hole alignment it would of been a nice piece of furniture.

I bought this for extra storage in my closet. It’s actually pretty durable for the price, instead of that cheap cheap particle board. The shelves are a little smaller than I thought to put storage containers in, so just make sure you measure everything before you purchase.

Perfect to organize my office and craft supplies!
This shelf unit was really easy to put together. I was about half done before I realized that the pieces were numbered with tiny number stickers on the edge of the boards. It would have been better to have larger numbers on the faces of the boards instead of the edges where they were hard to see. There were extra screws etc. included. I’m really pleased with this shelf unit- it works perfectly in my closet to organize my office and craft supplies. It was on sale so the price was great.

Particle board was very thin and kept chipping, the camlock connectors were cheap and broke all the time which meant nothing was holding together, we just ended up throwing it out.

I like the size and look of it. If I had paid full price, I would be very displeased. It's an ok piece for the money. I've had items like this before so I had an idea of the quality to expect. This one chipped easily when putting in the screws. I do like it but don't expect top quality. For what I needed it will do. The box had a big hole in it when it arrived one day after they said it would be delivered. Luckily, there was no damage to the contents. Based on the size of the hole, I was pleasantly surprised.

Would not remedy missing piece
After I had the bookshelf completely assembled, I realized that the very last piece was a duplicate of the opposite side and I cannot finish assembling the shelf. I contacted the manufacturer for a replacement piece and their response was to “reach out to Target because they care about their customers.” Sooo the manufacturer apparently does not care about its customers. My only option with Target was to ship the whole thing back for a return. So now I’m stuck with a shelf that is missing one whole side. It’s pretty crappy. 0/5 do not recommend.

The storage unit is just what I needed. It is of good quality and very sturdy. The only problem I had was in affixing the connectors to the back of the bookcase. The wood was hard (a good thing!), but the connector screws weren’t sharp enough to easily penetrate. I was able to finish and love the unit.
